Immediate and Urgent Requirement
Looking for Tech Savvy Trainers for Govt. Project. Govt. Certification of Trainer will be provide by Anuna.
Local candidates and Female Trainer preferred.
Trainer will be responsible for providing training to candidates on Course Curriculum based on E-commerce and help the Artisans to convert into independent entrepreneurs.
As an E-commerce trainer you will also have to do the following:
Counseling of the candidates.
Following the training schedule as per the curriculum.
Developing the schedule for the training program.
Executing and implementing the training program.
Motivating and encouraging the candidates to complete the training program.
Ability to train group of artisans
Complete documentation of candidates for enrolling them into program portal
Complete documentation of candidates to get them on board as an entrepreneur on E-commerce portals
Help Artisans to complete the execution of live e-commerce sale or complete the order execution cycle i.e Ensure timely delivery of order, Proper Packaging of Order and Timely Logistics and Shipping with the help of respective Artisan and ANUNA back office Team.
Handhold the artisan and act as local help desk for sales lifecycle.
Please Note:
Candidates should be ready to relocate.
Candidates having prior experience in retail sector can apply.
Ability to train and teach continuous for at least 4-5 hrs.
Basic Understanding of Entrepreneurship and E-commerce.
Candidates outside Lucknow(U.P.) can be interview through Skype.
